I had booked a 3 night stay in a King Style suite and then circumstances changed and we ended up staying here 1 night before the 3 night booking in a smaller suite. First of all the smaller suite was brilliant and very comfortable. Ladies at reception were great, as they got us checked in smartly. The staff transferred all of our baggage to the next suite. The king suite was big, had a separate area which had table and chairs and a couch, away from the bedroom.

I love the location! Easy access sa lahat ng tourist attractions! Lalo kung commute ka, sakayan ay walking distance away lang. :) the recommendation kainan, kapehan and etc ay malapit lang. Sulit! Ung room and service nila from front desk to housekeeping and sa food ay super accommodating and maayos sila. After a long and tiring day, we’re sleeping in a newly change sheets, pillowcases and change ng towels everyday! So love this Hotel :)

The staff are always very good, they are very nice and helpful whenever you need something or just to say hi passing by. Special shoutout to the two girls who were our porters when we arrived. They were great! Location wise it’s great cause it’s basically on a street that’s a block away from the park…and stayed twice now and it’s our pick for Baguio. The food is pretty good too, it’s not a buffet or anything… you order off the menu and they bring to you.

Nice views. Room was spacious and very clean. A taxi to SM-mall was very cheap. Less than 100 peso. From SM-mall it was an easy walk downhill through the city center back to the hotel. In the evening there was some music outside, but at night it was very quiet, even with a window open. The aircon was very silent.

During our stay it was my partner's birthday. The staff were very helpful even before our stay. A surprise was arranged and it was amazing. Breakfast was a little basic, maybe a buffet option could be offered.

Centrally located. Very close to main attractions of Baguio. It is close to Burnham Park. It has a very good restaurant at the lobby — Fortune Restaurant, good food at reasonable prices. It is close to shops, cafes & restaurants. The room is spacious and bed was comfortable.

The room is so spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and so polite also very helpful. The bed is so comfortable. Everything about the hotel is amazing except breakfast don't have much choices but apart from that so well happy. Highly recommended but will stay in this hotel again if I go to Baguio again. Thank you Paragon Hotel for a the very pleasant stay.

Exceptional customer service and very friendly, helpful, and informative staff. Location is near almost to everything(restaurants, food shop, pharmacy, grocery). Walkable to Burnham Park. Easy access to public transport like taxis. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. They were also able to get us an early check-in since we've arrived earlier than the check-in time.

The property was 4 star absolutely Very safe with excellent security Front end staff was always very helpful and smiles plentiful They helped with securing tour guide for us The room was spaciousness and very beautiful The bed was very comfortable the A/C worked great the CR was very well stocked and the refrigerator cold and a welcome use for our strawberries The cleaning staff was great and super friendly The breakfast plan is the way to go as the “Future” restaurant had a wonderful very delicious breakfast We would absolutely recommend this Paragon Hotel Thank you all
